On Tuesday, October 10th, 2023 a momentous collaboration unfolded in Sydney, Australia. Luke’s Kitchen, in partnership with The Filipino Movement Australia, Philippine Airlines, and Australian Pork, unveiled an exclusive 4-course menu reimagining classic Filipino dishes.
Head Chef MJ Olguera, deeply rooted in his Filipino heritage, skillfully presented rich and vibrant flavors, transcending guests to the essence of the Philippines at Luke’s Kitchen.
This extraordinary dining affair featured a four-course degustation menu complemented by a refreshing non-alcoholic drink upon arrival. Highlighting Filipino ingredients such as calamansi, rambutan, and moringa flowers, it was a culinary journey like no other.
